"When we came into your shop last month, we were already convinced and prepared to have our transmission rebuilt. The overdrive light was flashing, it was bucking and falling out of gear and overall un-drivable. We visited two other transmission shops to get estimates prior to coming to you. Both of them quoted us on rebuilds, one of them without even driving the car! I have to admit, I did not want to spend the $85.00 for the diagnosis after two other shops were willing to quote us for free. Now I am so glad I did. You took the time to find the problem which did not require overhaul at all. The complete ticket came to a whopping $426.88 and you applied the original $85.00 to the repair. To think I was prepared to pay the $2500.00 and $2600.00 price tags I was quoted from the other guys and you did not take advantage of that, impresses me beyond belief. Thank you for your honesty and job well done, it is working great. There are 4 cars in our household, and if we ever have transmission problems again, we will be bringing them to you. Thank you."

"I do a substantial amount of traveling with my job. Having car trouble on the road is always worrisome because you never know who or what to trust.
On November 9th, I brought you my 2005 Lexus RX330 because I was having problems with a slipping transmission. I already knew the transmission was going to have to be rebuilt and was just waiting to see how much you would take advantage of my being a traveler broken down. After your diagnosis, you quoted me the labor along with a low, high quote. The labor seemed fair so I gave you approval, but I just knew that I was leaving with a bill to match the high end. When you called back with the final bill almost $800.00 below the high end, I was estatic, but when you got the job done the next day, you completely blew me away.
Since leaving Colorado, I have been through Kansas, Oklahoma and back here to Texas. As per your warranty, I took my car into a transmission shop once I got home to have it checked. Everything is working fine and they gave me a clean bill of health. I have also since done some more research and have found that the bill for the labor and parts was not padded in the least.
It's nice to know there are still some honest people in this world. Thank you for treating a traveler right and and an excellent repair."
